The Registrar’s Office is now accepting applications for graduation this trimester for students who:
✅ Have completed their units, or
✅ Will complete their units this trimester.

Steps to Apply:
1️⃣ Get an application form at Room N4001.
2️⃣ Fill out the required information on the form.
3️⃣ Attach a passport-size photo with a name tag.
4️⃣ Place the accomplished form in a long white UC folder along with the following documents:

• Photocopy of PSA Certificate of Live Birth
• Certificate of Marriage (for married students)
• Photocopy of passport bio page (for international or dual citizenship students)
  5️⃣ Submit the folder with documents at Room N4001.
